General:

• We return the phone calls when you leave us a voice message

• In June - August we can extend our hours and offer late appointments (as needed and confirmed)

Payments:

• We accept all forms of Credit Card payment, Apple Pay, & Cash

• We do not accept Venmo or Zelle

• Gift certificate purchases can be made in the Salon as well as purchased ECards online

• Failure to cancel or reschedule an apt without 24-hour notice will lead to incur fees, per policy

Services:

• Teens classify as adult services

• Add on services can also be a standalone apt

• We no longer provide Wedding services or Eyelash Extensions

Hair Services:

• A hair Filler is an add on service. It is a necessary step to go from Blonde to Brown or a darker color

• Length of hair for cuts is determined before the hair cut. So, if hair is below the shoulders and you want to go to a short bob or pixie cut, the apt should still be booked as a shoulder length haircut. As this is a multiple step process to get to that. It is therefore considered a transformation cut to allow the appropriate time needed

Nail Services:

• We now offer nail art

• We do not provide Dip or Acrylic Services nor removal of such

• If you ask us to remove Shellac that has been applied elsewhere, we will charge a removal fee. For it is harder and takes more time to remove other Salon’s chemicals

• Accent color is a second polish color and charge
